Dale Bradshaw
Dale was a training professional in the Australian Defence Force for over seven years before taking over as project manager for the Australian Army's ADEL multimedia training project in 1994; a position he retained until 1999. During that period the project was developed from infancy to mainstream status. As the project manager, Dale was involved in all aspects of multimedia development including project management, instructional design, scripting, supervising other project managers and multimedia sub-contractors, organising subject matter experts and, in particular, financial and intellectual property management.
As a member of the FutureTrain team Dale has delivered large-scale eLearning/multimedia programs for a wide range of highly credentialled government and corporate clients. Dale holds a degree in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Personnel Administration and is currently completing a Masters in Information Innovation.

Chris Joseph
Chris joined the Australian Army's multimedia project team in 1997 and was responsible for all technical aspects. In particular Chris produced the Technical Specifications framework, which was then adopted as the standard for the Australian Defence Force. Chris has also project managed several multimedia packages and has helped to train Army's personnel in instructional design for multimedia.
At FutureTrain Chris is principally responsible for technical aspects including coding for online delivery. Chris holds a Masters in Information Science and a Graduate Diploma in Educational Multimedia.

Maria Macapagal
Maria is FutureTrain's graphic designer and flash developer. Maria graduated from the Hornsby Design Centre with an Advanced Diploma in Digital Deisgn. She has also completed advanced industry courses in Macromedia Flash programming. Maria participated in the TAFE NSW Arts & Design Prize, and her work toured regionally in selected galleries as part of the Digital Media Arts category.
Since joining FutureTrain a year ago, Maria has been the lead graphic designer on e-learning projects for Australian Customs Service, NSW Rail Corp and NSW Health. She has also worked in a variety of other commercial settings.

Melissa Carins
Melissa is the latest member of the FutureTrain team. Melissa is a highly qualified, highly experienced training professional with special skills in the implementation of e-learning applications in government and the higher education sector.
Melissa has ten years experience in the fields of learning and training, and has spent the last six years working in the multimedia learning space. Most recently, in her role as Learning and Performance Analyst, Melissa has worked with clients to develop the system user guide and train-the-trainer guide that function in a blended solution alongside a contemporary online learning program. She also acted as learning mentor for the instructional design team working on the online component. Prior to this, Melissa was the project manager and learning mentor in developing systems training for St.George Bank, Commonwealth Bank and Vodafone.
Melissa has undertaken the lead instructional design role in developing online learning programs for an array of Government and corporate clients.
Her other varied experience includes the evaluation of online learning programs using a stringent evaluation checklist that focuses both on the product and the process used to achieve that product. She has conducted a needs analysis for TAFE NSW with regard to their Intranet, which used focus groups, interviews and questionnaires as evaluation instruments. Melissa has spoken widely to client groups and at conferences, as well as delivering professional instructional design training to the Army and the Australian Tax Office.

Kyle McLuckie
Kyle is FutureTrain's software developer. Kyle has completed a Bachelor of Science in Computing, where he received a Vice Chancellor's Award for Academic Excellence.
Kyle has two years' web development experience, with specific skills in PHP, .Net, Perl, Java, C, C++, (X)HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
